WASHBROOK FARM, Doddington, Cambridgeshire. UK
View from Washbrook Farm - Summer journal 2007
A lazy Sunday afternoon spent savouring the delights of a friend's nearby farm gave me the chance to sketch the landscape across the Fen while the opposite sex indulged in a little fly fishing on the lake.
Harry flyfishing at Washbrook Farm - Summer Journal 2007.
I was at Washbrook Farm back in June for their annual country show where I sketched members of the 13th Alabama Infantry

Anita -- these are wonderful!! I especially love the treatment of the farm -- the various greens!
Love the Washbrook Farm scene. Very interesting and your use of color is wonderful.
Harry flyfishing is great. Did the fish see him coming in those colors? Hope is fishing was as successful as your paintings.
Really like your Washbrook Farm. Lovely greens. Looks homey.
The boy is cute too. Nice way to portray him.
I love the landscape of the farm! Super colors. Good job on the fisherman...did he catch anything besides your eye?
Thankyou Lin!
