MY GARDEN

Pigment liner and watercolour

Had a few moments spare this morning before my life class and took full advantage of the temporary sunshine with my coffee and sketchbook. It's hard to believe this evening, now the thunder and rain have won battle with the huge Fenland skies, but my few stolen moments with the bees and butterflies make the crashes of the night seem a little more bearable.

Anita I really like this painting you did. It looks so inviting! Wouldn't it be a lovely place to toss a big pillow and then curl up with a good book.
I hope your sunny skies return tomorrow.

What a lovely bench to sit on and ponder the mysteries of life! Very nice job on this.

Looks like a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the garden! I like the way you've captured the complexity of the flowers behind the bench. Very effective.

Thankyou Bonny. Still experiencing heavy rainfalls here I'm afraid, it's proving impossible to plan anything.
