DAY 3

Monday was a fantastic sketching day for me. We walked from the South beach to the North beach both in the morning and in the evening and we also drove into Hunstanton during the day.

Love all of your travel sketches - but especially the page in Hunstanton - with that great building and delicious looking ice cream cone. Where did you get the journal you were using - might try to find one during my next visit in London.

Belated birthday wishes, Anita. What a wonderful week you've had. Your sketches are all terrific. I particularly love your buildings - and admire your dedication. I imagine sketching while keeping an eye on children isn't always easy. You are inspiring.

I second what Shirley said! The page with the building and ice-cream cone is my favorite, too. All of them are wonderful -- great journal pages!

Thankyou Shirley.
I purchased my journal from an online store, most stock them just look for Winsor & Newton HEAVYWEIGHT sketchbooks, they have a deep blue hardback cover and the paper is 170gsm.
They have taken every media I have thrown at them and pen flows beautifully on the smooth paper. Compared to other sketchbooks they are priced VERY reasonably and are the best sketchbooks I have used so far!
